Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in a resalable condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
